Please review the attached Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) fliers about upcoming statewide stakeholder forums for Home and Community Based Settings (HCBS). AHCCCS is making important changes to the HCBS program as required by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), and they'll be sharing information about the changes at the forums.
Please plan to attend one of the stakeholder forums in April. Space is limited, so you'll need to RSVP with AHCCCS by phone or email:
