To enroll in UnitedHealthcare, call 馬里蘭 Health Connection at 1-855-642-8572 TTY: 1-855-642-8573.

For more information about Medicaid or MCHP you can call 馬里蘭 Health Connection or visit the website at www.MarylandHealthConnection.gov, or call your local health department or local department of social services. If you or your family members are uninsured and not currently enrolled in the 馬里蘭 HealthChoice program, you may be eligible to apply. Families may apply online, by phone, or through the mail by requesting a paper application from 馬里蘭 Health Connection.  More information on applying can be found on the 馬里蘭 Health Connection website, www.MarylandHealthConnection.gov.
